First Union Financial is in the process of establishing sub-agents (offices) in major towns across the island. Our customers are now able to apply for our services on- line.

Information technology has been playing a key role in our mode of operations; we continue to invest millions of dollars in computer based management systems. To date, we can boast that we are ninety eight percent (98%) automated and within the next ten to twelve months, we should be at our best in terms of being fully automated.

Over the last eight (8) years, we have partnered with Paymaster Jamaica Ltd in order to facilitate convenient repayments for our customers and to-date, we have seen where customers are making less visits to our branches to make repayments. This sort of partnership has been helping us to be more efficient in the way we do business, while providing convenience to our customers.

We are financially stable and confident that we will be a full fledged financial institution, offering many financial products to our clients. Based on our history and current mode of operation, this forecast will be achieved in a few years and of course all is based on the regulatory frame work of the country.
