FIELD OFFICER - LINSTEAD

Core Functions:
The Field Officer is responsible for ensuring the building and maintaining of close relationships with clients to develop and administer new business opportunities and grow the company's loan portfolio. The majority of most work days will be spent in the field as the candidate will be required to travel and conduct marketing activities.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of two (2) years related work experience
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of local communities, particularly in the assigned area
  • Good documentation and report writing skills

 

 

CREDIT OFFICER - PORTLAND, SAV-LA-MAR AND KINGSTON

Core Functions:
The successful candidate will assist the Credit Department in achieving its objectives by accurately analyzing credit information to determine risk, supported by company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Bsc./ Diploma in Business Management/ Business Administration
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems and exercise sound judgment under pressure
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to underwrite micro loan and personal applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have passes in CXC including English Language, Mathematics and or Accounts.

 

 

BRANCH SUPERVISOR - SAV-LA-MAR

Core Functions:
The successful candidate should be able to efficiently supervise staff; adhere to company's policies and procedures. He/ she will have the task of preparing reports to management on branch activities, increase loan porfolio, etc.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • First Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years working experience in supervisory capacity

 

 

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR/ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - KINGSTON

 

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Core Functions:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance of the company's network infrastructure to include: server, network, equipment and software applications.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of a First Degree from a recognized university in the related discipline
  • At least three (3) years experience working in a similar position
  • LAN/WAN and Terminal Services experience
  • Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
  • Have knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Have passes in CXC including English Language
  • At least one (1) year experience in a similar capacity

 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- MAY PEN

Core Functions:
